Questions

Is there no justice in the world?

That’s a difficult question haha, the perception of justice in the world can vary greatly from person to person. Often, it can seem like justice is lacking, especially when considering troubling issues around fairness, equality, and human rights, which can include those affecting the LGBT community. However, many people work tirelessly to create a more just world, through advocacy, education, and support. It’s important to remember that while injustices exist, so do movements and efforts to correct them and provide support to those who are affected. And wether fairness exists in the greater scheme of things or not, our mission is to live our lives as best as we can, look after our mental wellbeing and the wellbeing of those around us, and try to make it better where we can 💜🙏

Question 1 – Copy

First off, it’s completely understandable to feel nervous about starting a new job, especially in a setting like a nursing home which can indeed be quite bustling. The fears and anxieties you’re experiencing are more common than you might think, and they’re valid considering your past experiences with bullying. It’s great that you recognize the lady you’ll work with seems fair and caring – that’s a good sign! Remember that individuals who work in caregiving environments usually have a lot of empathy and compassion, like you. So chances are she’s going to be understanding about your anxiety.

When you feel anxious, try to focus on the fact that her intentions are likely coming from a good place. Both employees and employers are in a period of adjustment on a new job, It’s about finding out if the job is the right fit for both parties, and if it turns out that your anxiety makes it hard for you to work there, it probably also means this job makes you suffer and isn’t the right fit and that’s okay too. If you get let go from a job because it’s not the right fit, it’s not a comment on your value as a person or their abilities overall, it may just means this particular role wasn’t suited to you.

Lastly, continue talking about your feelings – it’s an effective way of processing them. Supportive friends, family, or even professional help can make all the difference in managing anxiety. Good luck and take care, you’ve got this! 💜✨🙏
