About the person behind Feel

My name is Hilit, I'm an artist and graphic designer. I have been struggling with mental health for years. Along the way in therapy I have created art and developed various tools to help myself and hopefully others. I have learned that expressing emotions is crucial to living with them and that's why I'm committed to this project to improve the discussion around mental health
