The Emotions in Time deck is a tool for reflection and emotional awareness. You can use it in therapy, groups, or on your own. Here’s how it works:

Step 1: Draw a Card

Pick one emotion card at random from the deck.

Step 2 Roll the Dice

Roll the included dice to reveal a time frame: Past / Present / Future

Step 1: Draw a Card

  • What does this emotion mean to me in the past/present/future?
  • When have I felt it? How do I experience it now?
  • What do I hope or fear about feeling this way in the future?
  • You can speak, journal, or just think it through silently. There's no wrong way.
