Description
A deck for exploring your inner world through parts work.
Parts in Me is a therapeutic card deck that aligns with the principles of parts work — helping you recognize, name, and engage with the different inner parts that shape your emotional experience.
Each of the 42 illustrated cards offers a visual and intuitive way to explore your internal system:
-
Character cards represent distinct inner parts such as control, creativity, vulnerability, or resistance.
-
Interaction cards portray the relationships between these parts — moments of connection, conflict, or protection.
By giving form to what’s felt inside, Parts in Me supports conversations that lead to understanding, compassion, and integration.
Recommended for therapists, teens, and adults, the deck offers a meaningful way to explore emotional complexity, inner dialogue, and personal growth.
(Some illustrations may depict intense emotions and are not recommended for young children.)
Parts in Me — a visual language for self-understanding through parts work.

The cards are lovely!!! You chose emotions that are not always given the attention they deserve and you expressed them in such a moving way. I use them as part of a group I teach in a mental hospital and the participants also really related with them. Thank you very much and well done!!!

Dear Hilit, the cards are great. Strong, powerful, provoking a reaction and helping to develop a direct dialogue about the complexity of feelings and experiences. All the best 🙂

Lovely cards!! The creativity in the illustrations that express the feelings, the use of colors for the emotional expression, the attention to the quality of the materials – all this is impressive and especially so beautiful! Thank you! There is no doubt that out of experience and difficult experiences you managed to channel your great talent and creativity into this beautiful project. Good luck in the future.

I was thrilled to receive the lovely special cards. I purchased them for myself and a friend after seeing them at another therapist’s clinic. They are really not like regular therapy cards. They’re beautiful and illustrate the emotion in a charming way, Thank you thank you.
