All physical orders are fulfilled through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF). Shipping, carrier selection, and delivery timelines are managed by Amazon’s fulfillment network.

Shipping options and delivery estimates are determined by Amazon MCF and are subject to availability based on destination and inventory location.

4. International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping through ok2feel.com.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

Delivered but Not Received

If tracking information shows that your order was marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please:

  • Check with neighbors or building management
  • Contact your local carrier

If the package cannot be located, contact us at info@ok2feel.com and we will assist in reviewing the shipment. Final delivery determinations are made by the carrier and Amazon’s fulfillment system.

Delivery Delays

OK2Feel is not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Address Accuracy & Order Modifications

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

Once an order has been submitted to Amazon for fulfillment, shipping details cannot be modified or redirected.

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping or handling fees required to reship the order.
