Refund & Returns Policy – OK2Feel

1. Introduction

Thank you for shopping with OK2Feel. This Refund & Returns Policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled for orders placed on ok2feel.com (the “Site”).

All physical products are fulfilled through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF).
Returns are sent back to Amazon fulfillment centers, while OK2Feel remains responsible for customer service, return approval, and issuing refunds.

2. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original, resellable packaging.
  • Opened or used therapy card sets cannot be returned due to hygiene and product integrity reasons.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  • To request a return, email info@ok2feel.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • If the return is approved, we will provide Amazon return instructions and a return label for shipment back to an Amazon fulfillment center.
  • Returns sent without approval or without the provided Amazon return label may not be accepted.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received by Amazon and confirmed to be in acceptable condition, we will process the refund.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after return confirmation.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or defective items.
  • If Amazon determines that an item is used, damaged, or not in resellable condition, the return may be rejected and no refund will be issued.

5. Exchanges

  • If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at info@ok2feel.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • We may request photos for verification before approving a replacement.
  • Approved replacements are fulfilled through Amazon MCF.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened therapy card sets
  • Digital or downloadable products
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items

7. International Returns

  • International orders fulfilled via Amazon MCF must be returned to Amazon fulfillment centers using the provided return instructions.
  • Customers are responsible for international return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We do not accept international returns sent directly to OK2Feel.
