Refund and Returns Policy

1. Introduction

All orders are fulfilled through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF), and our return policy follows Amazon’s return guidelines.

2. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Opened or used therapy card sets cannot be returned for hygiene and integrity reasons.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  2. We will provide return instructions, including the return address.
  3. Ship the item back in its original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or defective products.
  • If a return is rejected due to damage or signs of use, we will notify you and may return the item to you at your expense.

5. Exchanges

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened therapy card sets.
  • Digital or downloadable products.
  • Gift cards.
